INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATION OF PIMM'S

PIMM'S
Fresh fruit (in my case: strawberry, orange, apple)
CUCUMBER
MINT
ICE
Lemonsoda

Cut the fruit and the cucumber into small cubes
In a glass place a cap and a half of Pimm's No.1, fruit, cucumber, mint and ice, fill the glass with Lemonsoda.

SPAGHETTI SAUCE PRAWNS WITH GUITAR GIANTS




Ingredients for two giant prawns

a pack of cherry tomatoes garlic zucchini

chili fresh parsley


white wine salt pepper



PROCEDURE

Clean the prawns, remove the intestines. I preferred to leave them whole.

Sauté the garlic with the chopped fresh chilli, add the prawns blend it with a glass of white wine.

When the wine has evaporated, remove the prawns and add zucchini and tomatoes, then cut into small pieces.

When the water has evaporated issued by the vegetables, add back the shrimp, salt, pepper, a handful of parsley.

Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted water, using the shell I have the spaghetti-square-De Cecco.
