Orecchiette with turnip tops.
Ingredients for 4 people: 320 gr
. orecchiette, 200 gr. turnip greens, garlic, olive oil, chilli, anchovy, panfritto,
salt to taste Method: Cook the
turnip greens in salted water for about three minutes and then add the pasta and finish cooking. In a sauté pan with olive oil, chilli, garlic and anchovy. In an 'other skillet toast the bread crumbs with olive oil and a clove of' garlic. Then drain the pasta with turnip tops and add to the mixture. Stir-fry for about a minute.
